I like that I can order as much as I would like and cook it to my liking as well so that alone is a plus. They dont have as many sauces as I am use to but they do have a decent amount. I would come back and try what I didnt try this time. They also have crab legs which was another plus to me as well. Service was great, my server made sure I was happy

We recently visited KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot in Lakeland for a birthday celebration with a party of 9, and overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish! 📝 Reservations & Arrival Booking & Confirmation: We made reservations in advance, and they actually called us the same day to confirm—a small gesture, but much appreciated when coordinating a large party. Seating: Upon arrival, the host was warm and friendly, greeting us right away and leading us to our spot. The table was surprisingly spacious, comfortably fitting all 9 of us without feeling cramped. 🥩 The Experience & Food How It Works: Since it was our first time, the server gave us a helpful brief overview of the setup before we got started. The Menu: We opted for the All-You-Can-Eat BBQ. Ordering is seamless—you use tablets right at the table to select your meats (beef, lamb, chicken), seafood, and vegetables. Pacing: Once we submitted our initial orders, the food started flowing out continuously without long delays. Sauce Bar & Sides: The sauce bar was very good, offering plenty of variety to mix and match custom dips. The side dishes (banchan) were a bit more limited compared to traditional Korean BBQ spots

Came back for the amazing service and food. Thank you Alyssa with the beautiful red braids. She is observant about what the customer may be missing, offering items I don't think ahead of time that I could need. She does the same to the other table next to mine. I hear her fluent communication as she is easy to understand, neither fast nor slow. Alyssa is always walking around checking on everyone, making small talk so there's no awkwardness when she checks on you. Overall SUPERB The healthy herbs have a lot more garnish than other hotpot places I've been to. The fried chicken at the apps bar is YUMMY. Salty and sweet in a very korean style (without spice haha). It stayed crunchy even when room temp. My biggest ICK tho.... the bathroom stall has a big gap, no privacy in one of the lady's stall

🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟Roseanna at KPOT Korean BBQ & Hot Pot was absolutely amazing! She rocked it from start to finish and didn’t skip a beat the entire time we were there. Even with everything going on, she stayed attentive, friendly, fast, and on top of every detail. Our table was always taken care of, drinks stayed full, and she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. I felt right at home as she shared she was from the BIG 🍎 and so am I. You can tell she truly cares about giving great service. Definitely one of the best servers we’ve had at KPOT — thank you, Roseanna!
